Napoli fans send message to Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri amid Juventus rumours

Napoli fans have sent a clear message to their former manager Maurizio Sarri - don't join Juventus.

The Chelsea manager is reportedly being targeted by the Italian giants to replace outgoing boss Massimiliano Allegri. It is not likely that Blues' owner Roman Abramovich will put up much of a fight in order to keep Sarri at Stamford Bridge as the Italian's job has been under pressure in recent months.

Sarri joined Chelsea from Napoli last summer after three seasons at the club. He led them to three consecutive top three finishes in Serie A, finishing just four points behind rivals Juventus in his final season in charge.

Now, a banner has appeared from Napoli fans, outside of the manager's home in Tuscany, nearly 500KM away from Naples.

The message on the banner reads: "Boss, don’t betray your people. Naples loves you."

Juventus and Napoli have a long standing rivalry in Serie A and has been escalated by both teams challenging at the top of the Italian first division in recent seasons.

Sarri, however, won't see the banner in person until he arrives back in Italy. The Chelsea boss is currently in Baku, Azerbaijan, preparing his team for the Europa League final against Arsenal tonight (Wednesday).

In the days and weeks following the final, it my become clearer if Sarri's future lies at Stamford Bridge or back in his home nation at Juventus.
