Nando's set to reopen 10 restaurants for eat in this week - full list revealed

Nando's is reopening ten of its restaurants for customers who want to eat in on Wednesday, July 8th.

This means fans of the chicken chain will be able to dine inside restaurants for the first time since the coronavirus lockdown began.

Hungry customers have only been able to order food for click and collect, or for home delivery through Deliveroo or the Nando's website.

KFC, Toby Carvery and Harvester reopened for eat-in services on July 4th, but the chicken chain decided to remain closed.

The move comes after government eased lockdown restrictions for pubs and restaurants, allowing customers to dine-in once again.

Nando’s has been running a reduced menu since it reopened for delivery and takeout orders, with fan favourites including Peri Peri chicken wings and halloumi still available.

The limited menu will continue in the restaurants when they reopen for eat-in customers, to allow staff to follow social distancing rules.

Other changes being introduced for dine-in customers include a new queueing system which will allow chicken fans to secure their spot without waiting in line.

On its website, Nando's said: “We’ve put a new system in place. Instead of lining up outside the restaurant, all you need to do is scan the QR code that you’ll see when you arrive, and we’ll text you when your table is ready.”

The chicken chain will also only be taking cashless payments, meaning diners will have to order and pay from their table using their phone.

Here’s the full list of the initial ten Nando’s restaurants available for dining in from July 8:
