With many restaurants having already released their Christmas menus, Nando's is the latest to announce what will be on offer during the festive season, and diners will be pleased to know that an old favourite is returning.
Today Nando's confirmed that from Thursday 28 November, customers will be able to order themselves PERi-PERi gravy to pour all over their meals. Delicious.
The sauce, which will be priced at £1.25 per pot, will be available in all UK restaurants - both in stores and for delivery.
Nando's says it can be poured over pretty much everything, from halloumi sticks and chicken to chargrilled veg and creamy mash, so you can feel the warming festive spirit whatever you order.
If you're getting all hot under the collar by the thought of drizzling gravy all over your chicken and chips, you'll probably be interested to hear that for 2019 Nando's is on the hunt for Britain's biggest gravy-loving city (it's Manchester, obvs).
The winning UK city will receive a visit from a Nando's truck and be given unlimited PERi-PERi gravy and chips on tap for free for over 8 hours.
To be in with a chance of indulging in the free gravy and chips, Nando’s lovers simply have to vote for their town or city on Nando’s Instagram Story polls @NandosUK on 3 December and 11 December, and the winning location will be announced on 13 December.
