Nando's has released a delicious new £2 product in Asda

A couple of weeks ago, Nando's confirmed that several UK branches were reopening for delivery.

But while some people have been lucky enough to get their Peri fix in lockdown, others haven't been able to, and are still having to make their own Nando's at home to fill the chicken-shaped holes in their hearts.

However, the homemade Nando's experience is about to spice up a little, as the chain has released a brand new version of its PERinaise, and it's one of the most exciting flavours yet - garlic.

Nando’s new Garlic PERinaise comes in 265g bottles as well as bigger 465g bottles for those who simply can’t get enough, and is available to purchase in ASDA, Sainsbury’s and Iceland, with further UK supermarkets rolling out over the summer months.

The new PERinaise will be sold at an RRP of £1.85 (265g) and £2.95 (465g).

If you do want a Nando's, the following restaurants have now opened for delivery:

  • London - Clink Street
  • London - Camberwell
  • London - Canary Jubilee
  • London - Gloucester Road
  • Manchester - Fallowfield
  • Manchester - Printworks

Responding to questions about when takeaway will be open, Nando's said: "We are reviewing Delivery/Takeaway options for customers daily as per Government guidelines and this will be updated on the website as soon as we know more on the situation."
