Nando's has been forced to shut several of its restaurants after running out of food, while others are operating at reduced hours.
The restaurant chain, known for its spicy peri-peri chicken, said the problem was due to staff shortages with its suppliers and could not say how many outlets were affected.
A Nando's spokesperson said: "The UK food industry has been experiencing disruption across its supply chain in recent weeks due to staff shortages, and a number of our restaurants have been impacted.

"However, we can confirm that from today Nando’s will be lending seventy of our brilliant team members to support our key suppliers – working in partnership to help get things moving again."
The spokesperson added this should have "a positive impact on the affected restaurants very soon", the Mirror reports.

- Basildon, Essex
- Sevenoaks, Kent
- Chiswick, London
- Bethnal Green, London
- Park Royal, London
- Kensington, London
- Hove, East Sussex
- Swindon, Wiltshire
- Manchester, Arndale branch
- Manchester, Oxford Road branch
- Manchester, White City branch
- Cardiff, Wales

To check if your local Nando's restaurant is open, you can look it up on the restaurant's website.
If the branch you're interested in has opening hours listed, it's open - if not then it's shut.
Yesterday evening the firm's Twitter account confirmed branches at Braintree, Camberley, Coventry Arena, Eltham, Enfield, Shrewsbury and Telford were all closed today.
