A 90-year-old woman has claimed victory after protesting against a 5G mast being installed outside her house.
Grandmother and great-grandmother Pat Johnson lives on Pankhurst Road in Bootle.
Her daughter Gaynor Johnson-Dunn says her mother is "vulnerable" and was "being let down dreadfully" by the installation.

Pat returned from a holiday on June 7 to find trucks digging a deep hole outside her house.
Gaynor previously told the ECHO Pat was under the impression the planning application - for O2 to install a 5g mast on the road - had been refused.
Sefton Council, however, had given plans the green light.
Since the building works began, Gaynor has been staging a one-woman "peaceful protest" at the site.
On Wednesday (June 30) Pat and her family held a "picnic protest", which Gaynor says has resulted in workmen leaving the road, and cancelling their work permit.
Gaynor told the ECHO : "We had my cousins and uncle over for a picnic. My niece Sally made a poster and some of her friends came too.
"This is the final push, and I now feel we have done as much as we can to state our case.
"Negotiations were made and four hours later the fences were taken down Telefonica cancelled their permit and they went the workmen have cleared off! They have cancelled their permit and they haven't applied for a new one."
Sefton Council confirmed the permit had been cancelled, with a spokeswoman saying: “The permit to work on the highway was cancelled by the contractor on 30th June. There is currently no date set for when this will be re-arranged.”
Mobile infrastructure company Cornerstone, which manages O2's planning applications, said: “We are in regular, ongoing conversation with Ms. Gaynor Johnson-Dunn regarding this site.
"Unfortunately contractors were unable to complete planned works on Wednesday but we remain committed to providing essential connectivity in the area.
“Our priority at Cornerstone is to build the infrastructure that will allow O2 customers in Sefton to use their phones and devices, benefitting from the enhanced network capacity this new site will bring.”
