Named and shamed: The latest drink drivers to be dealt with in court

A 30-year-old woman was drinking-driving in Kirkby Folly Road in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Georgina Gent, of Kirkby Folly Road, pleaded guilty to having 61 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on April 14.

At Mansfield Magistrates' Court, Gent was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £120, ordered to pay costs of £85 and £30 towards victim services.

A drink driver was banned from the roads for two years.

Kelly Jukes, 32, of Halstead Close, Forest Town, Mansfield, pleaded guilty to having 109 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on April 13.

Jukes had been driving a Peugeot 208 in Sherwood Street, Warsop, when she was over the limit, Mansfield Magistrates' Court heard.

She also admitted a further allegation of failing to stop after an accident and provide her name and address in Sherwood Street, Warsop, on April 13.

She received a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and orders to pay £85 towards victim services and costs of £85.

A 27-year-old man pleaded guilty to drink-driving in a Vauxhall Astra in Lowmoor Road in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

Marc Dixon, of Glenbrook Crescent, Beechdale, had 141 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on April 13.

At Mansfield Magistrates' Court, he was banned from driving for three years, ordered to pay £115 towards victim services and costs of £85.

A sentence of 12 weeks in prison was suspended for 12 months. During his sentence he is required to complete a maximum of 15 rehabilitation activity days.

One man pleaded guilty to disqualified driving, drink-driving and using a Renault Clio without insurance.

Lee Holland, 53, of Bolton Road, Swinton, Manchester, was sent to prison for 20 weeks for the disqualified driving, fined £120 for drink-driving and his driving record will be endorsed for no insurance. He was ordered to pay costs of £200 and £115 towards victim services.

Nottingham Magistrates' Court heard the three offences happened on the A46, in Newark, on February 23.
