A man was prosecuted for drink-driving in Quarry Lane in Mansfield.
Lee West, 32, of Brierley Cottages, Sutton-in-Ashfield, was behind the wheel of an Audi when he tested 67 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35.
At court, he was fined £300, banned from driving for three years and must pay a £32 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
His licence will be endorsed after he pleaded guilty to using the Audi without insurance on October 4.

At Mansfield Magistrates' Court, he was ordered to pay £49 towards victim services and costs of £300.
A 21-year-old woman pleaded guilty to drink-driving in a blue Renault Clio in Sylvester Street, Mansfield.
Courtney Crossland, of Sylvester Street, tested 85 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on October 11.
She was fined £255, banned from driving for 20 months, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.
