Named and shamed: The latest drink drivers before the court

A driver was banned from the road for two years after he appeared in court for drink-driving.

Daniel Godby, 37, of Grove Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, had 96 micograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on February 8. He had been driving in Debdale Gate, Mansfield.

He received a community order, unpaid work for 60 hours within 12 months, orders to pay £90 towards victim services and costs of £85.

A 24-year-old man was fined £80 and ordered to pay £32 towards victim services and costs of £85.

Marios Gheorghe, of Howard Road, Mansfield, pleaded guilty to drink-driving.

He appeared at the town's magistrates' court where he was banned from driving for one year.

He tested 45 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, when he was driving an Audi in Howard Road on January 25.

A driving ban of 20 months was imposed on a man from Mansfield.

Ravzan Mantale, 27, of Recreation Street, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in a BMW in Grove Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, on February 1.

He tested 71 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, magistrates heard.

Mantale was fined £350, ordered to pay £35 towards victim services and costs of £85.

A man was fined £600 after he was found guilty of drink-driving.

Kyle Bingley, 28, of Cherry Grove, Mansfield, was banned from driving for 20 months, ordered to pay £60 towards victim services and costs of £400.

Bingley had 81 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on May 4.

A 37-year-old man pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Mansfield Road, Nottingham.

Purna Basnet, of Field Maple Drive, Forest Fields, drove a Vauxhall Corsa when he had 79 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on January 7.

Basnet was fined £250, banned from driving for 20 months, ordered to pay costs of £85 and £32 towards victim services.
