Named and shamed: Drink drivers who were banned after being caught on Nottinghamshire roads

A 31-year-old man pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Lindrick Road in Worksop.

Patrick Bamborough, of Markham Road, Langold, Worksop, was driving when he had 72 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on February 15.

At Mansfield Magistrates' Court , he was fined £387, banned from driving for 18 months, ordered to pay £38 towards victim services and costs of £85.

One driver was banned from the roads for two years.

Arturs Eiduks, 40, of New Street, Huthwaite, pleaded guilty to having 111 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35.

He was driving a Lexus in Cauldwell Road, Sutton-in-Ashfield, on February 14.

He received a community order with unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months, and orders to pay £90 towards victim services and costs of £85.

A driving ban of 12 months was imposed on one defendant.

Eathan March, 26, of Kirklington Road, Rainworth, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Clipstone Road West, Forest Town, Mansfield.

March tested 50 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on February 14.

He was fined £80, ordered to pay £30 towards victim services and costs of £85.

He was additionally fined £40 after he pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine in Clipstone Road West on February 14.

A driver pleaded guilty to drink-driving in a Volkswagen Golf in Radcliffe Road, West Bridgford.

Thomas Mountain, 27, of Sycamore Close, Radcliffe-on-Trent, tested 84 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on January 30.

He was fined £340, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85.

He was banned from driving for 42 months.

No separate penalty was imposed for possessing cannabis.

A 58-year-old man pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Ransom Road in St Ann’s.

Eric Preira, of Victoria Road, Netherfield, had 98 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on October 26.

He was fined £540, ordered to pay £54 towards victim services and costs of £85. He was banned from driving for 23 months.
