A Sunderland woman blew viewers away with her 'super fast' guessing skills as she landed nearly £30,000 on the latest episode of Alan Carr's Epic Gameshow on Saturday.
The Chatty Man himself has been at the helm of a new host of big name revivals in recent weeks including telly classic Bullseye and on Saturday it was the turn of Name That Tune to get a 2021 makeover.
And among the contestants who joined Alan on the ITV show was Danielle from Sunderland who took no prisoners from the get-go, racing ahead after being able to guess a number songs like Wham's Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go after hearing just one note after Alan had teased them with a cryptic clue.
After making it through to the final round - The Golden Medley - Danielle made light work of correctly guessing the likes Queen's Don't Stop Me Now, Miley Cyrus' Wrecking Ball and Tom Jones' It's Not Unusual and walked away with a total cash prize of just over £29,400.
The delighted Wearside music fan said she would use some of the money to take her children of a family holiday to Orlando, Florida and people watching at home declared she was very deserving of the prize after being a 'ridiculously good' contestant.
A Sunderland FC fan joked: "NameThatTune cup winners 2021 #safc Well done Danielle"
Tweeting DJ Chris Moyles about his own music challenge, one viewer wrote: "Have you just watched Alan Carr’s Epic Game Show? They did Name that Tune and you really could have done with a few of these guys on the 20sec to 20k !!! Girl at the end is ridiculously fast!"
Another also messaged Chris to say: "Lady on #NameThatTune just got 7 songs in 20 seconds, so it is possible! (No jeopardy though)"
Having played along with their own family, another fan also heaped praise on Danielle, tweeting: "I have finally found a Saturday night game show I can beat the family at in #NameThatTune I absolutely raked it in... all the way to jackpot.
"And well played Danielle - the people's champion!"
