Dr Ranj Singh felt it was only right to come clean about his horrifying encounter with his window cleaner.
The Strictly Come Dancing star, 41, took to Twitter to detail exactly what went down this morning, joking that he should probably offer to pay for the window cleaner's counselling.
The doctor penned: "Much like other people in this heat, I've taken to sleeping with no clothes or bed sheets... That was a great idea until I was woken up by the window cleaners this morning.
"I have no curtains. I couldn't even escape so had to lay there and pretend to be asleep."
In a follow-up tweet, he added: "To be honest, I’m not sure who the experience was worse for...
"I think I should probably offer to pay for his counselling. BRB."
The hilarious encounter prompted fans to burst into laughter, with one asking the Strictly star: "Did you at least casually roll over onto your front?"
To which he responded: "Of course! I discreetly rolled over but I’m not sure the view improved!"
Other fans were left in stitches about the gaffe, as they rushed to the comments section with questions as to how it all went down.
One fan suggested: "Oh this made me giggle! Maybe time for an emergency sheet for such occasions?"
Another wrote: "That’s so funny definitely brightened up my morning."
