The makers of the late-night show are currently casting for the next series, which is set to air in 2020.
But finding love isn't easy - there are some rules which apply if you want to take part.
You need to be 18, and you need to be prepared to strip totally naked in front of the entire nation.
The show, which includes a lot of full-frontal nudity, has been a hit on Channel 4 since starting in 2016 and is hosted by former Big Breakfast presenter Anna Richardson.
