Nailsea kebab shop attack: Teen knocked unconscious in 'unprovoked' attack

A teenager boy was knocked unconscious after an "unprovoked attack" outside a Nailsea kebab restaurant.

The 19-year-old has been left with facial injuries following the assault outside Kebab Kitchen, Crown Glass Place on Saturday (September 5) at around 12.10am.

It is believed the victim was eating his food when a middle-aged man punched him in the face.

Avon and Somerset Police has launched an investigation, and officers are now urging witnesses to come forward.

A force spokesperson said: "The victim, a 19-year-old man, was eating his food when he was approached by a man described as white, in his late 40s to early 50s, who was bald, and wearing a pink or red shirt.
