The city of Nagasaki has been illuminating the night view of its city since Monday, which can be seen from the famous tourist spot Inasayama mountain, with lights arranged in the shape of a heart and constellations associated with Nagasaki.
The city local has been trying to improve its night view by illuminating famous spots, such as the Peace Statue and the Meganebashi bridge. In the latest project, a total of 35 light-emitting diodes (LED) were installed to create images of doves that symbolize peace, "Columba" and "Draco," which remind people of the Jaodori dragon dance, performed in traditional autumn event Nagasaki Kunchi Festival.
The city is illuminated every day from 8:00 p.m to 9:50 p.m.
