Nadine Coyle tipped as underdog to be crowned queen of the jungle on I'm a Celebrity

Nadine Coyle is being tipped as an underdog to be crowned queen of the I’m a Celebrity jungle this year.

The odds may not look in her favour right now, but betting agents have reported that Irish punters are getting behind the Derry native to take home the title.

Ladbrokes have reported support for the Irish singer going to whole way and winning I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here is rising across shops in Ireland ahead of Sunday’s opening show.

The Girls Aloud star, 34, has been chalked up at 12/1 to be crowned queen of the jungle and those odds could shorten judging by the support.

Dublin comedian Andrew Maxwell will also be taking part in the series as well as reality star Caitlyn Jenner.

The 10-strong line-up for this year's I'm A Celebrity also includes former footballer Ian Wright, soap star Jacqueline Jossa, Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway and X Factor winner Myles Stephenson.

Former rugby player James Haskell, Capital Radio DJ Roman Kemp and former Big Brother contestant and Radio 1 DJ Adele Roberts complete the line-up.

Ian Wright is the early favourite at 9/4, ahead of Roman Kemp at 9/2 and James Haskell at 6/1.

Nicola McGeady of Ladbrokes told Irish Daily Mirror: “Nadine Coyle is mid table when it comes to the jungle betting but Irish fans reckon she is a dark horse after she showed her down-to-earth nature on Living With Lucy.”
