Nadine Coyle has revealed how she suffered a freak neck injuring while 'flipping her hair' at home.
The Girls Aloud star told fans on her Instagram page at the weekend that the 'hair flipping eventually got to me' as she shared a picture of herself lying up on the sofa.
She added on the post that her mum Lillian had made her a make shift heat pack by heating a towel in the tumble dryer to put on her neck.
In a second post a short time later she said she had got an 'upgrade' to a proper heat pack for her neck injury.
Posting a video on Sunday, the Derry native updated fans saying she was 'still here' referencing the fact she was still laid up on the sofa.
After sharing an old video of herself flipping her hair at a New York nightclub she posted: "Still here, sending loads of love. Remember how free we used to be? The video before was at a club where everyone was so close to each other. I hope we get back to those times safety [sic]."
Earlier in the day she also shared a special Father's Day message to her dad alongside a picture of Nadine her mum and her sisters saying: "Happy Father’s Day Daddy!!! You have us all spoiled rotten. Some more than others ( @rachcoylemajor ) I would make you a cup of tea but I still have a sore neck from yesterday!!! Love you!!!!"
She also added a cute snap of her daughter with ex-partner Jason Bell on Father's Day writing: "Happy Father’s Day Jason!!! I’m not one for gushy words & a joke feels inappropriate so here is an insta post instead!!"
