Nadine Coyle 'splits' from American footballer boyfriend Jason Bell after 11 years together

Nadine Coyle has reportedly broken up with her boyfriend of 11 years Jason Bell.

The former Girls Aloud songstress, 34, and her American footballer partner, 41, realised they were leading increasingly separate lives while living in different countries, it's claimed.

They started dating in 2008 when Nadine was working in the US and they share five-year-old daughter Anaiya.

A source told The Sun: "Although Nadine and Jason were never married, they lived as a close family unit and remain good friends as they co-parent their young daughter.

"They still care for one another, but are no longer in a romantic relationship."

Mirror Online has contacted Nadine's reps for comment.

The former couple were engaged for a year between 2010 and 2011 but briefly split up.

Jason proposed the question again in 2014 but they never married.

Nadine moved back to her native Northern Ireland three years ago to raise Anaiya while Jason stayed in America.

Though they never tied the knot, Nadine referred to Jason as her husband.

She said last month: "I love to cook and hang out with my husband Jason and our daughter Anaiya. We’re a very close family."

The singer also admitted that she'd like to have more children.

She explained: "I come from a big Irish Catholic family, which is really full on, so another one would fit in perfectly.

"I probably wouldn’t even notice another one — there’s so many of us!

"I enjoyed the whole experience the first time round so if it were to happen I would be happy, but I’m not thinking about another one right now."
