Nadine Coyle will be whipping up a storm in the kitchen when she hits our TV screens next month as part of the line-up for the Stand Up To Cancer Celebrity Bake Off.
The Derry native will join a host of celebrities as they battle it out to be crowned the Bake Off champion in the charity special.
The official start date for the series has finally been confirmed with fellow contestant comedian Rob Beckett sharing the news on his Instagram.
Sharing an image of himself alongside other competitors Star Wars actor Daisy Ridley, singer Alexandra Burke and comedian and presenter Tom Allen he confirmed the show will air on Tuesday, March 8.
Rob simply captioned the photo: "Judgement Day is coming..." and revealed the show will air at 8pm on Channel 4.
The line-up is completed by James McAvoy, Kelly Holmes, John Bishop, Stacey Dooley, David Baddiel, Jade Thirlwall, KSI, Ade Adepitan, Philippa Perry, Nick Grimshaw, Anneka Rice, Reece Shearsmith, Dizzee Rascal, Anne-Marie and Katherine Ryan.
Each episode will see four celebrities battle it out over three challenges – the Signature, the Technical and the Showstopper – showing off their baking prowess in a bid to be awarded the coveted Star Baker apron.
And as with the normal series, in the Bake Off tent Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood will meticulously judge each bake whilst host Matt Lucas is on hand, keeping time and spirits up.
Sarah Lazenby, head of formats and features at Channel 4, said: "What we all need right now is more joy. Bake Off is serving up yet another dollop of fun courtesy of some very willing celebrities.
"We can't promise a huge helping of baking inspiration, but we can deliver some much-needed laughs."
