Nadia Sawalha has admitted her teenage daughters are often left "really embarrassed" by her body confident snaps on Instagram.
The Loose Women panelist, 55, has become an advocate for self-love and body positivity, often stripping off for snaps and videos shared with her 327k followers.
Nadia often shares snaps of herself in underwear showing off all angles of her body, as she combats the stigma around sharing untouched snaps showing cellulite and other so-called "imperfections".
But doing that and raising teen daughters Maddy, 17, and Kiki, 13, simultaneously is a tricky challenge, and Nadia says she often finds her daughters cringing at her posts.
In an exclusive chat with Mirror Online, Nadia revealed: "They [her daughters] say they find it really embarrassing. They say they don't know how I do it. They say 'Oh God not again'.
"But I expect them to find me embarrassing because I am embarrassing.
"The people I worry most about when I post things on social media are my daughters."
She added: "The thing is, I actually do it for them. The reason I'm doing all of this is because I want my daughters to have less stinking thinking than I had. That's all I want."
Not being one to shy away from tackling social media norms, Nadia says things really changed for her after she chose to take part in Loose Women's Body Stories campaign a few years back.
The campaign saw the ladies strip off to their undies, without filters or airbrushing, in a bid to encourage people to embrace their scars, birth marks and stretch marks.
Admitting that she hasn't always been confident with her appearance, Nadia revealed: "I haven't always been like that.
"Every single day, I still have to work at it. It all tipped off for me when we did the body stories with Loose Women and we had to stand in our underwear for a big campaign.
"I was mortified. I mean I wasn't sleeping for days before. But after that feeling of doing it, and being on the side of a bus and the world just didn't stop turning... so it just planted a seed."
She added: "So now, it's been a gradual process for the past year, but I really got into my stride and have been following some younger Instagrammers who really inspired me.
"Some of my posts - before I send them out - I am just completely beside myself with fear about it. But when I post it, and read all the comments, I cannot tell you how much strength it gives me."
