Nadia Essex shares baby weight battle with honest snap of her 'mum pouch'

Nadia Essex has opened up about her baby weight battle by sharing an honest picture of her "mum pouch".

The former Celebs Go Dating star, 38, gave birth to her first child, a son named Ezekiel, in March and has vowed to get back into shape.

She has lost five pounds already and celebrated the achievement by sharing a candid post about her weigh battle.

Nadia added a picture showing her wearing pink work out gear and insisted she wanted to give her followers an honest account of a new mum's body.

She wrote: "5lbs down and feeling fabulous now I realise 5lbs isn’t a lot to some, I realise I still look fat / overweight to some.

"But this is my amazing body who grew a baby and kept us both safe and well and I refuse to filter it, my mum pouch is real.

"I’m don’t have a bounce back body and I’m ok with that. I am eating real, healthy food, started working out twice a week and feel so good within myself..."

Nadia previously admitted she'd been eating unheathily recent and wanted to change her diet and get fit again.

She wrote: "I'm not doing this because I hate my body, I’m doing it because I love it. I’m in awe of what it did, grew my baby and kept us safe," she began in her post.

"I have been filling it with junk and it’s time to get a grip, so I’m doing the @dotheunthinkableuk plan and Uber excited...

"Please show support and encouragement, I love my curves but ready to get healthy️."
