N'Golo Kante has delivered a message to the Chelsea fans after his incredible display during Chelsea's Champions League final triumph.
Chelsea clinched their second Champions League trophy after defeating Manchester City 1-0 at the Estadio do Dragao in Porto.
The Blues were magnificent throughout, controlling the match during the 90 minutes as Kai Havertz netted the only goal of the game, three minutes before the half-time break.
However, it was another Chelsea player who was awarded man of the match, with energetic Frenchman Kante delivering a stellar performance in the middle of the park.
The diminutive midfielder put on an imperious display, registering 11 successful duels, three tackles and one interception as well as two crucial clearances.
Kante has now taken to social media to thank the adoring Chelsea fans after adding another trophy to his impressive collection.
"An incredible feeling to win the Champions League Trophy," he said in an Instagram post.
"This is a reward for all the hard work of all the Chelsea members.
"Big Thanks to the fans for their wonderful support from the first to the last minute of the game."
The 30-year-old became just the fifth player to win the World Cup, Premier League and Champions League, joining Thierry Henry, Gerard Pique, Fabien Barthez and former Chelsea duo Pedro and Juliano Belletti in the exclusive club.
