N'Golo Kante's perfect response to Liverpool supporter amid request for shock transfer

N'Golo Kante has won himself more popularity points amongst Chelsea supporters.

The midfielder made a surprise appearance at the wedding of Henna Khalid and Raheel Malik over the weekend as per a request of the bride's father, Frank Khalid.

Upon Mr. Khalid's initial request the midfielder said he would have not bee able to attend due to the Blues facing Sheffield United as well as international commitments with the France national team.

But injury meant plans changed.

Therefore, Kante was able to confirm his attendance which was much to the delight of Mr. Khalid and the guests.

"We became friends when I was introduced to him by a friend and he came to my restaurant," Frank told The Sun  of his relationship with Kante.

"I invited him and originally he couldn’t attend because of his commitment to the French national team, but because of his injury, he messaged me saying he was coming.

"My family and myself are very close to N'Golo and he was one of the first people to visit me when I had my triple bypass surgery operation in April 2018.

"He stayed till the end and was so nice to everyone and signed autographs and took selfies with the guests."

Whilst conversing with guests, Kante was approached by a Liverpool fan who asked him to make the shock move from Stamford Bridge to Anfield.

To which Kante responded by smiling and then shaking his head.

What will delight Chelsea fans even more is news of Kante being available for the trip to Wolves in the Premier League next weekend.

He's missed the last two games through injury, but the international break has come at the perfect time.

PremierInjuries have Kante pencilled in for a return against Wolves and is listed to have a 50% chance of featuring at Molineux Stadium.
