'Mystifying' - Nottingham Forest fans react to team line-up vs Blackburn Rovers

Chris Hughton has named his Nottingham Forest side to take on Blackburn Rovers in the Championship and Reds fans are far from impressed.

Forest have lost both of their league fixtures so far, against Coventry City and Bournemouth, but won 2-1 in the League Cup against Bradford City.

Hughton has made two changes to the side that lost on Saturday to Bournemouth; Alex Mighten and Lewis Grabban replace Joe Lolley and Lyle Taylor respectively.

Brice Samba remains between the sticks for the Reds, with a defensive line of Jordan Gabriel, Tobias Figueiredo, Scott McKenna and Jordi Osei-Tutu situated just ahead of him.

Defenders Joe Worrall (calf) and Loic Mbe Soh (groin) remain sidelined due to injuries.

Ryan Yates and Jack Colback remain the preferred duo to operate as defensive midfielders, whilst Brennan Johnson is deployed in the No10 position.

Mighten and Philip Zinckernagel feature out wide with Grabban returning to the Forest starting 11 to lead the line and captain the Reds.

Forest fans have reacted to the team news and this is what some of them had to say:

@RedDogCam: Not bad, apart from the Colback/Yates duo. Fornah needs an opportunity. Yates/Fornah would look so much better. Fragmented side again.

@Inzy213: This obsession with Grabbs as captain is mystifying. Doesn't ever seem to offer any leadership at all. Much sooner see McKenna with the armband

@PeterLawsonn: Glad to see he's changed absolutely nothing after we started the season with 2 losses

@Def_MaybeDaz: He literally just picks the same CM and hopes to nick a goal lol

@morrell_chris: How Carvalho doesn't get in this squad absolutely baffles me

@BcpBin: Quite defensive again at home. Don't understand the fascination with the Yates/Colback combination especially at home

@Carrassss: Attempt number three of trying to make Yates and Colback work

@RhysWilliams79: Taylor and Carvalho were absolute musts for me. But that's obviously too exciting for Hughton...

@JackbrownNFFC: Isn't this the first sign of insanity?
