Mystery still surrounds the identity of a woman three months after she was found dead at a London Underground station.
Detectives are urgently appealing for information to identify the person who sadly died following an incident on Thursday, March 13.
Officers were called to Tottenham Hale station in Haringey, north London at around 5am amid reports of a casualty on the tracks.
After a search by officers, a woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her death is not being treated as suspicious.
But despite ongoing efforts by police, the individual has yet to be identified, nor have they been able to trace her family to inform them.
Police have commissioned an artist's impression of what the woman looks like in the hope that someone will recognise her.
The woman, who is believed to be aged between 35 and 55-years-old, was wearing a jacket with patches on and black tracksuit trousers.
She also had a set of keys on her and £3.80 in loose change.
A spokesman for the British Transport Police said: “Anyone with information is asked to contact the BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 81 of 13 March.”
Tottenham Hale is on the West Anglia Main Line, around 6 miles from London Liverpool Street, and is served by Greater Anglia and Stansted Express.
On the Tube, it is on the Victoria Line between Blackhorse Road and Seven Sisters.
