While just one mile away another similar property is listed for £2,000,000.
Overall in Heswall sale prices are up 7% on the previous year at an average of £366,455.
The majority of sales in Heswall during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £263,555.
Detached properties sold for an average of £510,334, with flats fetching £203,583.
Images on Rightmove show that despite being unfinished the property still has ‘stunning’ Georgian features.
The main residence is set over 6500sq ft and boasts three floors of ‘luxury.’
The ground floor benefits from a large entrance hall and four reception rooms, including a music room, snug and drawing room.
At the back of the property overlooking the green landscaped grounds is a large kitchen and dining area that already has some of the units fitted.
