Mystery millionaire in Mount Hutton unaware of lotto win

A MYSTERY millionaire is walking the streets of Mount Hutton unawares, lottery officials have confirmed.

A player who scored a division one win in Monday night's draw is yet to check their ticket, which will put $1 million in their pocket.

The unregistered ticket requires the player to come forward. It was purchased at Pharmacy 4 Less at Lake Macquarie Fair.

Pharmacy 4 Lessmanager Lauren Butterworth said the entire outlet was ecstatic at selling the windfall.

"Hopefully the winner checks their ticket and makes the million-dollar discovery soon," she said.

"We've been encouraging all of our players to check their tickets in hopes we find this mystery winner. "Whoever they are, we just hope they find out soon, so they can enjoy being a millionaire."

The Lott's Ally Ramsamy said officials were keen to track down the winner soon.

"We're urging all players who purchased a Monday Lotto ticket from Pharmacy 4 Less Mt Hutton to check their tickets today," Ms Ramsamy said.

"Make sure you check your ticket, which could be in your wallet, handbag, fridge door or car glovebox, because you could be the winner we are searching for.

"If you discover you are holding the winning ticket, contact The Lott on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming your prize."

Monday's winning numbers were 20, 17, 15, 9, 5 and 24 while the supplementary numbers were 21 and 25.

The winner was the only one across Australia in the Monday and Wednesday draw, 4094.
