Mystery Lanarkshire man scoops £10k per month on the National Lottery

A mystery man from Lanarkshire is quids in after winning £10,000 a month for a year on the National Lottery.

The lucky man – known only as Mr W – won the life-changing prize by matching the five main numbers in the Set For Life draw on Monday, July 6.

And who knows, the lucky winner could be a resident and a neighbour from Hamilton or the surrounding area.

He celebrated his fantastic win by splashing the cash on a swimming pool for his holiday home. He has become one of eight million players that win each week on The National Lottery’s range of games.

Camelot’s Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery, said this week: “Huge congratulations to Mr W for winning this fantastic prize.“

And he added: “After a few simple clicks he can now look forward to receiving £10,000 every month for a year and enjoy the new pool at his holiday home.”
