Christmas was initially cancelled in the Toffolo household amid fears Toff would be spending Christmas behind bars in the Maldives.

No one was more delighted than her mother Nicky.

The mother declared Christmas was back on for the whole family as she insisted they wouldn't have been able to celebrated without her daughter.

Nicky thanked everyone for coming together to offer their support for Toff during the difficult time.

She wrote: "Little Toffs Christmas is back on and so is her Mamma’s!

"Thank you so much for all the love today ! Merry Christmas everyone x."

Accompanied with the happy note was a picture of Toff looking relieved while she posed for a selfie following her release.

The reality star had been documenting the drama with tearful Instagram videos which she shared with her 1.9million fans.

Toff reached out on social media in a cry for help before she celebrated her release with her admirers.

The blonde bombshell complained she was close to spending Christmas in jail.

"They ran me through the best bits of the potential prison I was almost spending Christmas in, every cloud etc!" She wrote.

But Toff was clearly delighted to be set free from her confinement.

She wrote: "I am typing this having just been released from immigration detention! I can’t quite believe it."

Holiday hopefuls can be blocked from entering a country if their passport is damaged - including if pages are missing.

Other reasons include a passport not being in a condition to be accepted as a proof of identity.

This could mean there is an ink spillage on a page, water damage, a hole punch, indecipherable personal details or discolouration to the bio-data page.
