Mysterious 'out of this world' lights spotted in Hyson Green

A mysterious cluster of lights spotted in Hyson Green have been described as being 'out of this world' by a resident who recorded what he believed to an "extra-terrestrial" incident.

However, there has been other similar sightings around the country which have been linked to the SpaceX Starlink Satellite - a satellite being launched into space by Elon Musk.

On Friday November 19 at around 7pm, a resident spotted some lights above St. Pauls Avenue, Hyson Green.

Patrick Plummer, 42, unemployed, caught the lights on video.

He said: "I was coming to my neighbours' and something made me look up.

"I've never seen anything like it.

"It lasted a good hour and then it just vanished.

"It started doing a figure of eight, it was out of this world.

"I just find it really weird.

"I do believe we are not the only ones in the universes - I don't think it was a satellite or a lights show.

"I'm still baffled now, I still look at the videos and think what is it."

Strange lights were also seen over the M6 between Liverpool and Manchester that left a couple 'baffled'.

According to the Liverpool Echo, Live World Map of Satellite Positions shows one SpaceX Starlink Satellite heading over North Wales towards Stoke-on-Trent at the time the couple were on the motorway.
