A huge mountain of tyres which mysteriously appeared outside a terraced house over the weekend has prompted neighbours to claim they're selling up and leaving.
The pile up of used tyres on Stanley Street in Grimsby, Lincs, has been met with outrage from other residents on the East Marsh estate.
It's so big that it stretches above the lounge windows up towards the first floor and is thought to have arrived at some point on Saturday, September 3.
But as the local council appealed for information about where they had come from, residents claimed they were desperately selling up and moving away from the eyesore.

One resident told Grimbsy Live : "The house is being used as a bit of a dumping ground it would seem. We try to keep ourselves to ourselves, but it is really frustrating to see it on your doorstep. However, the house has caused issues in the past, one lady had to move out of her house because it caused her that many problems."
She added she was more worried about the potential safety hazard if they were to catch fire.
She explained: "If they caught fire the toxic fumes would be a huge problem and if it did spread we would struggle to get away from the flames, it is a bit scary really."
She added: "I'm hoping to move out soon if I'm honest. I'd love to be able to move away from it all now, but I can't yet. I try to block it out as best I can, but you can't really. I mean, would you want to live next to that?"
A number of passers-by also commented on the huge pile of tyres with one dog walker stating: "It's no real surprise though is it, it's what you expect to see on the estates around here, especially the East Marsh."
Another local walking home from the shops added: "It's just typical for round here. Imagine if someone wanted to buy that, I just can't believe it."
Other residents on the street reiterated their worries if the tyres caught fire and their shock when first seeing they'd appeared.
One person said: "When I saw them I thought 'what on earth are they doing there?' God knows what would happen if it all went up in flames, the whole street would go up.
"It's just sad that some people can spoil an area for the majority. It's just ridiculous to see it all stacked up so high in front of a house."
However, the issues have become so bad for one family that they've decided to move away, having only moved to the street in March this year.
The homeowner said: "We've already put the house up for sale after only moving up here earlier this year. When we saw the house it was lovely and clean and then we saw all this. I didn't realise how bad it actually was."
A spokesperson for North East Lincolnshire Council said: "We are aware of the incident and our officers are working with the landlord and Humberside Fire and Rescue Service to resolve the issue.
"If anyone has any information about what happened, we are requesting that they get in touch with the council."
