A man has filmed 14 mysterious glowing lights floating above the "middle of the ocean".
William Guy was on board a ferry in North Carolina, in the USA, when he spotted the weird unexplained items in the sky.
He can be heard saying: "Look, nothing in the sky at all," before he pans across the skyline.
He then adds: "Can anybody tell me what that is?
"We're in the middle of the ocean, on a ferry.
"There's nothing around, look, no land, no nothing."
Other people on the boat can be heard saying: "You only see this stuff on TV."
He uploaded the footage, taken on the Pamlico Sound lagoon, off the coast of North Carolina, to YouTube less than a week ago and it has already had almost 16,000 views.
Some people commenting think it is a fleet of UFOs, while others speculate it could simply be flares.
Just last month UFO videos that were not meant to be made public were confirmed as real by US Navy.
Footage showing the strange objects manoeuvring at high speed was never meant to be released publicly, it has emerged.
At the time pilots described what they saw as "unidentified aerial phenomena".
The craft were described by the pilots as "solid, white, smooth, with no edges" and looked like "an elongated egg or Tic Tac".
