I'm A Celebrity's Myles Stephenson has opened up about his struggles with mental health.
The 28 year old revealed he fell into a depression following a bitter split from ex Gabby Allen in August.
Gabby accused Myles of secretly messaging other girls behind her back during their relationship.
Myles told OK! that he cut himself off from loved ones as the scandal unfolded, and that he'd never felt so low before.
"I went into a bad depression," he bluntly said, "It was single-handedly the worst time of my life.
"I didn't speak to my parents or my best mate and I turned off my phone."
Myles continued: "I thought about things I never thought I would think about. I'm the happiest person you could ever meet, so when I went into a depression it was weird.
"You feel like you have nothing to look forward to."
The Rak-Su singer has taken some solace in music, adding that he penned a song to help him cope.
"I don't want to speak about it too much," he said, "But I wrote a song about it, and if that song comes out one day, there's a verse that's very in-depth about what I went through.
"It's called Love Me While You Can. I dealt with my depression through writing music. I will never go through that again because now I know how to handle it."
It's not the only emotional struggle Myles has faced recently - his beloved nan died at the age of 89 just a day after he'd returned to the UK from Australia.
Speaking to Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid on Good Morning Britain, Myles told them that he was at peace with her death.
"She passed away on Friday," he said, "The day after I got back. I'm kind of content. She held on that long until I got back.
"She taught me how to cook. She taught me a lot in life. I spent a lot of time with her and my granddad as my dad lives there."
In an emotional Instagram post, he wrote that he was grateful he was able to see her before she died.
"I knew you wouldn't leave without hearing my voice one last time," he penned.
Ex-girlfriend Gabby has herself been surrounded by speculation after she and Dan Osborne were accused of having an affair.
They both deny the claims - Dan is married to Myles' campmate and Queen of the Jungle Jacqueline Jossa.
