A week after posting some ridiculously impressive box jumps and weight room feats, Myles Garrett took his training to a different sort of venue. The Browns defensive end entered the octagon and spent some time sparring with MMA superstar Stipe Miocic.
The combat sports heavyweight, a Cleveland native and favorite son, welcomed Garrett to his world. From the looks of Garrett during and after the workout, the MMA crosstraining served its purpose of getting No. 95 into even greater physical condition.
