Myles Garrett’s ‘we’re here’ shows why the Browns are not just hype

Myles Garrett is an outstanding football player, but that doesn’t define the Browns defensive end. Garrett is a renaissance man full of many diverse interests and talents.

One of those is writing, and Garrett shows off his style and voice in a great piece he penned for The Player’s Tribune. Titled “We’re here”, it’s Garrett saying what a lot of Browns fans feel.

The Browns are here. Deal with it.

It’s a great read that peels back the curtain on some of what has gone on with the 2019 Browns. Starting out with a great anecdote about how Freddie Kitchens won over the players right away and continuing through the moment (in a bad loss, no less) when Garrett knew Baker Mayfield was The Man.

Garrett has a gift for words, one I strongly encourage you to check out if you are a Browns fan.
