Add another accolade to the youthful talent of the Cleveland Browns. The latest list of the top 25 NFL players under age 25 features two Browns, Myles Garrett and Baker Mayfield, in the top five.
This list comes courtesy of CBS Sports. Analyst Sean Wagner-McGough quickly gets to the Browns in his list, with Garrett checking in at No. 3 and Mayfield at No. 5.
Factoring in past NFL accomplishments (no rookies are considered), future potential and positional value, Garrett and Mayfield outshine just about everyone else. Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes tops the list, followed by Chargers edge rusher Joey Bosa. Texans QB Deshaun Watson is sandwiched between the two dynamic young Browns.
In addition, a pair of Browns running backs just missed the cut. Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt earned mention in the “just missed” section.
