Myleene Klass has opened up on her rather unorthodox method of losing her baby weight.
The Classic FM presenter said she still thinks she has two stone to lose after giving birth to Apollo last August.
But while her busy schedule doesn't allow for exercise classes, Myleene, 41, has other ways of working out.
The Sun reported Myleene said she gained five stone during pregnancy, and has lost three since.

"Breastfeeding has really helped", she said
“I’ve never known anything like it. My girls were not like this. Apollo just feeds non stop.
“I don’t have time for Pilates. I weight-lift babies. They’re heavy.”

Myleene has made it clear she is in no rush to shed the weight she's gained, explaining that she wanted to set a good example to her children.
Apollo's father is her partner Simon Motson, while her daughters Ava, 12, and Hero, eight are from her ex husband.
She said: “The last thing I want to do is let my daughters see me standing on the scales when I’ve just given birth.

“I’m not going to berate myself and beat my body up after it has just done something amazing, and is continuing to sustain life.”
It’s a refreshing attitude to have in a showbiz world where women often feel they have to immediately ping back to their pre-pregnancy size.
“It’s funny because I’m known for putting on bikinis but who’s to say there’s a prototype for how people should look in a bikini? I’ll wear a bikini whatever size I am.

"Look at people like Lizzo, who stick two fingers up to the establishment.
“I’ve lost just over three stone. I’m sure the other two will melt away when I finally stop breastfeeding. I’m not trying to shift it yet.”
She recently posted a video from backstage when she presented the Global Awards 2020 where she revealed she was breast pumping.
She giggled as she filmed herself pumping, with the caption: "BTS", meaning "behind the scenes".
