My parents are asking to borrow my flat deposit to save their own home

After years of saving I almost have enough for a deposit on a flat. The problem is my parents’ home is about to be repossessed and they’ve asked to borrow my deposit. I’m desperate to help but know any delay will push London flats out of reach. It’s causing huge family rows. What do I do?
