A woman is fuming with her neighbours as they let their children outside to play all the time but all the kids do is shout and scream in an attempt to frighten each other. The woman took to the internet to explain that they live in a block of flats where this no garden but her new neighbour's kids will constantly be playing outside when she has to work from home.
The woman, who remained anonymous, explained in a post on the 'Am I Being Unreasonable?' forum on Mumsnet : "Her two children are outside pretty much constantly. I’m half working in the office and the other half at home.
"I get in at 1.30pm and until around 8pm they are outside all day every day playing/shouting/screaming/making any loud noise that they can manage and I’ve had enough.
"My husband is the most patient person ever and it’s even annoying him."

She went onto say that she understands the kids have every right to play outside but is just frustrated by the constant noise levels.
"I’m not exaggerating, every two seconds one child or the other or both are screaming at the top of their lungs or trying to scare the other one.
"They are running around like wild animals and I am also slightly concerned about why they never seem to be in their home. Surely they would need to go in for dinner, homework, bath etc. the mum just lets them play out for hours," explained the woman.
She is hopeful that another one of the members will say something to them soon to get the kids to stop making so much noise but is wanting the noises to stop quickly and is asking advice from other parents who may have been through something similar.
In response, many have been quick to support the frustrated woman and say she should mention it before the noise gets too out of hand.
One person wrote: "Sounds awful. I’d nip it in the bud now & say something. You have a right to peace & quiet in your own home."
While another said: "I do think it'd be ok to ask them to keep their voices down. Of course you may have parents round having a go at you for it, not everyone is reasonable."
