Fans of classic TV comedy show My Name Is Earl will all remember Earl's best mate Randy (played by Ethan Suplee), for his unkempt appearance.
It's also fair to say that, back then, he probably wouldn't have topped any lists for hunk of the year.
However, these days Ethan looks like a completely different person, and on this occasion, it's fair to say he looks unrecognisable.
Posting on Instagram, the 43-year-old shared a picture of himself looking absolutely shredded at the gym.
Captioning the picture, he said: "Between sets ama? All done now, thanks for the company!"
After spotting the image, fans rushed to express just how impressed they are with the actor's incredible transformation.
"Damn man. IF YOU CAN LOOK LIKE THAT SO CAN I!" wrote one inspired fan.
Another said: "Dude, seriously the coolest transformation. You're a comedy genius and you brighten every movie/show you're in. Thanks for being you. "
"Bruhhh, first off congrats! Any type of specific workout routine you followed? I’ve lost 50 pounds, now I just need to get jacked like this," somebody else added.
Yet another impressed fan said: "Good lord you look so great :) I’m so impressed."
