Ahead of a baby's birth, some of your nearest and dearest might come together to throw you a shower, bringing gifts you'll need once your little one arrives.
These gifts might range from clothes to bottles and a cot for the new bundle of joy to sleep in and some are bound to be rather expensive.
So it's fair to say one expectant mum was left less than impressed when she'd discovered all her baby shower gifts were gone - and her husband had sold them.
In a post on Reddit, the woman claimed her husband of three years had sold the baby items to get money for a trip he wanted to go on with his pals.

Writing on the Am I The A**hole forum, the unnamed mum-to-be said: "I've (27) been with my husband (32) for three years, we're expecting our first baby together.
"Long story short, my family and friends decided to throw me a baby shower and brought me a variety of gifts which consisted mainly of baby care essentials. I stored everything in the storage area but woke up the next day and they were all gone.
"I freaked out and called my husband, he didn't pick up so I waited until he got back. He got back with money in his hands, I told him my baby shower gifts were gone and he said he took them and sold them. All of them - the baskets, books, pyjamas, diaper pack, pacifiers, stuff worth 50-100s of dollars.
"I asked him why and he said because he wanted to help his friend get his van fixed so they could go on a trip next week. I started yelling at him saying that I needed those things for our baby but he said we already have a nursery full of essentials then said he had no choice because his friends threatened to exclude him from the trip if he didn't help fix the van."
She goes on to say that they had a big fight and she ended up telling all her friends and family what he had done, which resulted in him getting lots of calls and texts "shaming him".
"He yelled at me saying I f***ed up and acted immaturely by exposing him to everyone and sending them after him," the woman continued.
"He said that is his baby too and he is entitled to half those gifts. He believes I told them a sob story and ruined his reputation. He left and has been staying with a friend refusing to return my calls until I fix my mistake.
"I was so mad and probably done the wrong thing. AITA."
More than 2,000 people have since responded to the post, with many agreeing she hadn't done the wrong thing - and urging her to consider getting a divorce.
One person said: "NTA, and find yourself a good divorce lawyer."
Another wrote: "A hubby who steals from his soon-to-be-a-mom wife will only get worse."
A third added: "Like five times a day I read a post and think, can this actually be real? Are people really this heartless and selfish? This is one of them.
"I must be really lucky that I don't know anyone who would behave this way. If I did, I hope to hell that his partner would blow him up to me and everyone else like this lol. He would deserve it. Maybe (1% chance but it's worth it) he would learn something about how to be human. NTA obv and...good grief."
