For years, Amanda Barriskell lived in horrific pain and would avoid socialising with friends as she felt so self-conscious about her huge boobs.
But the 23-year-old from Glasgow, Scotland, is now feeling "amazing" after undergoing a "life-changing" breast reduction.
Amanda, a self-employed hairdresser spent a whopping £6,000 on the surgery which saw her go down three cup sizes, having two kilos of breast fat and tissue removed in the process.
She's no longer worried about people making comments about her appearance or struggling to find clothes that fit.
Speaking about life before going under the knife, she explained how "anxious" she was all the time.
"My body was so out of proportion that it made me anxious about going out to socialise because I would have a meltdown about what to wear," she said.

"I didn't feel comfortable wearing certain items of clothing, as I always felt like I was revealing too much of myself.
"If I wore anything too baggy, it made me look like the size of a house.
"My boobs were so heavy that I found myself hunching over a lot to ease the pain.
"My job had a massive part in this too, as I was leaning over and stretching up, which put strain on one side of my back when using the hairdryer.
"[However], the biggest factor in my decision for my breast reduction was my backache.
"No matter how many massages or workouts I had done, nothing helped.
"I was known for always having a big chest and I hated them so much, but nobody understood."

Unaware of her struggles, Amanda says people would often tell her they wished they had her chest or cup size, not knowing she was desperate to shrink them.
Finally, in March 2022, she made the decision to book herself in for the £6,000 surgery at Nuffield Health Hospital, following several appointments with experts.
Amanda paid for the operation herself with help from her mum, dad, Stuart, and grandmother Mattie.
It saw her go from a 34G to a 34DD and she says she's never been happier, despite struggling with the recovery process.
"It's not the pain [that is difficult], it's more having to have someone to help you do the most simplest of things – like showering, making food, changing your bedding.
"Luckily I had help from my mum, Karen, who I honestly couldn’t have done this without.
"She's been an absolute star in helping me with my recovery.
"Although I’ve been down about certain things, like not being able to go to the gym like I used to or being ‘normal’.
"I realise these things take time and time is a healer."

She added: "I’m super confident about my new boobs – I feel amazing.
"I absolutely love them although they are not fully healed [yet], but I’m definitely healing really well.
"It’s been a little bit of a blur for me as it all happened so fast and looking back on a few weeks ago, I’m in such a better head space than I was before surgery.
"I can now wear clothes I wasn’t able to before and feel more confident in doing so.
"Even though I’m still in recovery, my confidence has shot up and I’m feeling so much better within myself.
"My friends and boyfriend Dan have been a massive part in picking up my self-esteem too.
"I was feeling very low halfway through recovery and to know they had my back 24/7 was really uplifting.
"I’m so grateful to have such a great support system because you most certainly need one for an operation like this."
Amanda recently shared her before and after transformation on TikTok, where she has received 13,700 views and thousands of likes.
She captioned the clip: "The reveal, three cup sizes and two kilograms down, best decision I’ve ever made!"
One viewer commented: "You look so happy Amanda! Chuffed for you."
Another person said: "Are you happy with the results? I’m thinking of getting it done myself just not 100% where to go," to which Amanda replied: "Yes definitely! Literally perfect. My surgeon done an amazing job!"
Someone else commented: "Amazing, what a difference wee doll."
A fourth wrote: "I’ve wanted this done for years as it makes you look so much slimmer too! So jealous, amazing!"
