Mainz forward Karim Onisiwo has admitted his dream would be to seal a transfer switch to Liverpool.
The Austrian-born forward is currently representing one of Jurgen Klopp's former Bundesliga sides and has managed two goals and seven assists so far this campaign.
Onisiwo's form has helped Mainz enjoyed a strong start to the Bundesliga season, with the club sitting in seventh place and just four points adrift of a Champions League place.

Only twice in the last decade have Klopp's former employers managed to secure a top-half finish, highlighting the progress that has been made this season.
At the age of 29, Onisiwo's chance of a big-money move may have faded.
But he has not yet given up hope of such a deal and identified the Reds as his dream destination, if he were to seal a transfer to the Premier League.
“These are always wishes or dreams,” he said of talk regarding a transfer to ABSTAUBER, relayed by Sky Sports Austria.
“I’m in good shape, of course, but still my rate has to improve so that a Premier League club is still interested in me at my age.
“But I work hard on myself and try to improve every day. Of course, the Premier League is amazing, and I’d take any club. But my favourite club is Liverpool.”
