
The ten-time Tony Award nominated Broadway revival production of Lerner & Loewe’s “My Fair Lady” will arrive at the Cadillac Palace Theatre next year, it was announced Tuesday by Broadway In Chicago.
The North American touring production will run March 24-April 12, 2020, at the theater, 151 W. Randolph. The musical, based on George Bernard Shaw’s play “Pygmalion,” features a host of some of Broadway’s most iconic songs including “I Could Have Danced All Night,” “Wouldn’t It Be Loverly,” “On the Street Where You Live” and “I’ve Grown Accustomed to Her Face.” The show was originally staged on Broadway in 1956, eventually winning four Tony Awards. The 1964 film version starring Audrey Hepburn and Rex Harrison won eight Oscars, including best picture.
