A woman has been praised for the "petty revenge" she got on her boss who kept blaming her for every customer complaint. She explained how she used to work at a sandwich shop - and would regularly receive complaints about "long black hairs" in customers' food. Without hesitation, her boss would put the blame on her, despite the fact that other women with long, dark hair worked alongside her in the store. Fed up with the constant accusations, she came up with a plan to make sure her boss would never wrongly cast blame on her again.
Speaking to Reddit, the woman said: "All the other employees there were women with very long black hair. Mine was sort of similar- [I have] medium length and brown. But every time a customer would complain about a long black hair in the food, my boss would immediately blame me without any hesitation or investigation, despite the fact that I was the only person who wore my hair up and netted."

After her shift one day, the woman stopped by a beauty store to pick up a bottle of blue hair dye, hoping this would put an end to her boss' accusations.
"I dyed my hair blue with the sole purpose of not being blamed for black hair being in the food," she added.
"You guessed it, it happened. How huffy and annoyed my boss got when I said it couldn't be my hair because mine is blue - it was beyond amusing."
While most users hailed the woman a "genius" for her revenge plot, others shared their own stories of their bad bosses.
One user joked: "I bet he felt fairly blue that he couldn't blame you anymore."
Another person added: "I used to make coffee and after shaving my head and having a young manager angrily blow up on me for a long hair in someone's coffee I just pointed at my head - she was so mad."
A third Redditor said: "I'll never forget the angry blonde-haired woman with a blonde hair in her sandwich demanding that someone in our all-Hispanic kitchen must be at fault."
One more social media user added: "Many years ago a customer with long blonde hair was upset about, you guessed it, a long blonde hair in their food.
"My chef was bald, and I have short hair… I do not miss working in restaurants."
