The heartbroken fiancee of a young Scots dad has hailed him as her 'best friend and love of her life' after his tragic sudden death.
Heartfelt tributes have been paid to Glasgow man Michael McManus has been called a 'beloved son, father, fiance, uncle, cousin, brother and friend' by devastated pals and family.
The Celtic fan was engaged to Lauren MciIlroy and had a young son.
In a heartbreaking post on Facebook earlier today she wrote of Michael: "My heart is shattered into a million pieces you were my best friend, the love of my life and the best daddy ever...

"I just want you back with me and our special boy I need you here I love you so so so much I know you will be looking down on me and Mikey and are proud..."
A further post added: "Look at you my boy all this attention on you you will be up there laughing at us I hope you’re proud of us and me and mikey love you all the way to heaven and back till we meet again.
Another thanked wellwishers for their messages of support.
She added: "Thank you everyone for the beautiful messages.
"Michael was such a loving crazy popular boy who will always be and is my soul mate you’re boy loves you so much and he will hear how you were and is his hero RIP my beautiful angel."
Pal Darren Anderson has launched a crowd funding effort to help pay for Michael's funeral.

Aiming to raise £2,000, at the time of writing has brought in £3,195 from generous backers.
He wrote on the JustGiving page: "Another young life taken too soon. Michael will always be remembered as the life and soul of the party. A boy with such an addictive laugh and smile that will never leave our memories.
"He leaves behind a loving family including an amazing Mother and Father, a beautiful Son and fiance, and the closest Sister.
"Lets raise as much money as we can to help make this horrible time for the family a bit easier, its the least they deserve."
And tributes have continued to pour in for Michael online who said he was a 'true gentleman'.
Jodie McCutcheon wrote: "What a cruel world we live in, absolutely scunnered with the world. Hold your loved ones close because you never know what could happen. Such an honour of knowing Michael McManus and will always remember the Pollok Park and Levy days, Rip."
Chloe Mackie wrote: "Rest in peace Michael McManus, such a true gentlemen & kindest soul. Thinking of your family at this sad sad time."
On the DJ/MC Dazzo Facebook page, a tribute live stream was advertised.
A post read: "Going to be organising a live stream in memory of my Brother in Law Michael Mcmanus.
"To raise funds to help with funeral costs and to raise awareness of suicide prevention.
