My beard grows more strongly on the right side of my face – am I a werewolf?

Why does my beard grow more strongly on the right side of my face? A wise person tells me it may indicate a partially lycanthropic blood line, but my parents are tight-lipped. During the last blue moon I felt quite disorientated.
