My 600lb Life star Erica Wall proudly shared a swimsuit snap on Facebook after losing 290lb.
The 44-year-old was desperate to ditch the pounds after she feared her 661lb weight would kill her.
Erica looked incredible as she posed in the blue and purple swimming costume which had a plunging neckline.
She showed off her chiselled jawline and slimmed-down face as she smiled at the camera.
Followers on Facebook were quick to share their congratulations for her transformation, with one writing: "I'm writing [to] you from Italy. I've just finished your second part of programme today. I'm so glad to see you very happy and satisfied. Have a good Life with your love and be strong every time."
Another added: "Congratulations Erica." Meanwhile a third said: "Hello from Israel! You are a HERO!!"
She first featured on the show in 2016 with the hope that she could lose enough weight to be approved for gastric bypass surgery.
She made the journey to meet with celebrity bariatric surgeon Dr. Younan Nowzaradan, despite being given medical advice not to fly.
Ahead of her flight, she said: "I’m doing this so that I have a chance to live. How did I get to this point, where I’m like a sideshow to people?
"And they have to cart me past everyone? They’ve already made me buy a whole aisle of three seats because of my size…. But this is my only chance. And I have no other options."
Incredibly, by the end of the first episode, Erica had shifted 190lbs - which was enough to grant her the surgery.
Unfortunately for Erica, it wasn't a simple operation as she had been physically and emotionally damaged from a botched stomach stapling procedure years before.
Erica explained to Dr Now that she had been steadily gaining weight since she was a child.
She was bullied by her own dad and other students at school and began to turn to food as a comfort.

After the surgery, she had a set back after her partner Jimmy ended their relationship because he was fed up of the "clutter" that she kept in her home.
Although she struggled with the split, she didn't give up and continued to slim down.
It appears that Erica and Jimmy reconciled their romance as she has shared loved-up pictures of them together.
