
Mutineering troops seized Mali's President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita and Prime Minister Boubou Cisse on Tuesday after a dramatic day of political disruption; however, protesters who back soldiers say it's not a coup. The developments bore a troubling resemblance to the events leading up to the 2012 military coup, which ultimately unleashed years of chaos in Mali.
