A body modification fanatic known as the 'mutant man' has shared his latest transformation, giving himself elf ears – and has also revealed that he wants to tattoo 100 per cent of his body.
Nicolò Saverino, 29, a contortionist from Italy, made headlines after revealing his controversial look, claiming 70 per cent of his body is inked so far.
His obsession with changing his appearance started at 16; since then, he's had his tongue split, lip stretched and added 13 facial piercings.
Nicolò has previously shared how he sliced off parts of his ears and kept them in a jar, and how he had two horns implanted into his head.
Now, in a bid to complete his look, he's had his ears modified further to resemble an elf, which he claims is one of his favourite modifications.
"My favourite modifications are my elf ears and forked [split] tongue, which I practised myself using surgical material," Nicolò told NeedToKnow.Online.

"All of these modification have been practiced by myself over the years in front of a mirror.
"I also practiced my eye tattoos and I've kept them for 10 years with no allergic reaction.
"I see well and I think I will also add other implants on my arms in the future.
"I design all my projects and don't take other people's ideas."
Nicolò also plans to be 100 per cent inked one day in the near future.

While he creates his own modifications, the contortionist has advised others to do their research first.
He added: "Do not practice these changes alone but rely on studies instead.
"If I could go back, I wouldn't change anything.
"I'm not a person who tends to repent and I've thought [properly] before making the design to modify my body extremely.
"I'm very balanced and calm – but the most painful changes were my ears and forehead implants."

Nicolò, who is a spiritual satanist, believes that everyone should be free to believe in what they want but says there should be no harm others.
Previously, the self-proclaimed "mutant man" has shared that people don't always take to his look well – but his beliefs keep him strong-minded.
He added: "I see the beauty in horror.
"I don't like having points of reference or idols and I prefer to be original to create without copying others.
"I faced many problems growing up and had to overcome so many obstacles, which also led me to change my appearance.

"Many people compliment me on my appearance, on me being free to express myself through my magnificent art.
"There are also heavily offensive comments which are true insults, but I have learned to control myself and let it flow.
"Some people are too focused on taking the positivity of others away.
"You only have one life, so love who you want.
"Always have the courage to go further while remaining humble and showing respect to everyone."
